MAIN LINE, PLYMOUTH STATION (MILLBAY) TO LISKEARD STATION

It describes the situation in 1955.  Stations which were still in use in 1955 are in CAPITAL LETTERS and signal boxes (signalling block posts) still in use at that time are in bold lower case lettering.  Where they both appear together then the signal box was on the station platform.  Mile post Mileage is from London Paddington Station via Bristol Temple Meads Station and after reversing at Plymouth Station (Millbay).

Nottar Temporary Signal Box, between Shillingham West Temporary Signal Box and Saint Germans Signal  Box, and Saint Germans Crossing Temporary Signal Box, between Saint Germans Signal Box and Trerule Signal Box, have not yet been accurately placed.
