WINDMILL STREET

Windmill  Street ran from Duke Street southwards to Prospect Row, and crossed Ker Street, Mount Street, and Pembroke Street in the process.

Although Windmill Street is shown on Rutger's estate map of Devonport dated 1842 it was already called Monument Street in the 1841 Census.
