ROADS AND STREETS IN OLD DEVONPORT HOLMAN'S BUILDINGS Holman's Buildings were on the northern side of a lane facing the Royal Dockyard wall between Queen Street and Cornwall Beach. At the top was the Zion Hall; then after several private dwellings were Adams' Stores (as in warehouses), Gerry's Stores, those belonging to the Devonport Mineral Water Company, and the stables of Messrs Rosekilly and Sons. The Buildings have all been demolished and replaced with dwellings but the thoroughfare remains known as "Holman's Buildings".
